Note: All listing plan upgrades must be performed on a computer or desktop device. You cannot edit a listing in the mobile app and we highly advise against editing on your mobile device's browser. 


We recommend the following browsers on desktops/computers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari

Steps:


1. Visit your Hungry for the Culture dashboard 


2. On the left side of your screen locate then click the "Listings" dropdown. 


3. Select the category your listing is within (Restaurants, Recipes, Chefs, Brands, Bakers, Food Trucks)


4. Locate and click the "Change Plan" button next to the listing 


5. Select the plan you would like to upgrade your listing to 


6. You are now able to begin filling out your listing with the additional features included in your new plan. Complete the listing form to the best of your ability. The fields marked with red asterisks are required. 


7. Once you've reached the end, select "Save and Preview" to get a glimpse of how your listing will appear. You can always go back and make changes using the blue "Edit Listing" button in the bottom right corner of the screen, or you can continue using the purple "Pay & Publish" button. 


8. After you select "Pay & Publish", you are taken to a checkout page. Select the blue "Stripe" button to continue to the payment form. 


After payment is received, please allow our team 2-5 business days to review and approve/decline your listing. Upon the status update you will receive an email notification with the next steps to revise or view your listing.



Note:
 Once you've started the process for changing your listing plan, the listing is placed in draft mode and is removed from the Hungry for the Culture website and app. You must submit your listing after you've made edits. If you do not submit your listing, it will remain in draft mode. If you would like to cancel the plan change, please submit a ticket with your name, your listing title and your location. Please allow us 2-5 business days to re-publish your listing.
